What’s up?

Ok, so I set out to try to do a weekly blog and to be honest – it’s so freaking hard to keep up! So first off, I’d like to apologize for not doing so. I want to try this blog as my journal and I really want you to get to know me. So if it’s too deep, again I apologize but it is my open diary for you to read and hopefully find motivation. The purpose of this is so that we can relate and that I can inspire you to live a healthier life. I know that our goals may be different but we should all have a similar goal in the sense that we want to live a fruitful, healthy and positive life.

And BOYYYY do I know about funks and being in the dumps. Once that negative seed or experience happens it intoxicates your thought process and it’s sometimes hard to come out. But that’s why I want to be as open and honest as possible so that if you ever find yourself in that situation – maybe, just maybe what I’ve written can help you overcome your hurdle.

So how does that sound? Also, please excuse the lack of creativity and design on here. It’s a mess and I’m slowly but surely working on it. Soon I will have up all sorts of pictures and goodies and you’ll never want to leave! LOL

I hope that you had a fun 4th of July yesterday and an even better weekend. It’s gorgeous over here in California so I’m thinking it’s a beach day for my nugget and I.
